John has been with White & Associates since 2010 and is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent. John and his wife, Cathy, were married 20 years ago and have two children, Harrison and Ashlee. John and Cathy celebrated the birth of their first grandbaby, Ellis O’Neal, in 2017. John’s greatest desire is to be able to give back to his community. He currently serves as the Kiwanis Lieutenant Governor for the Northwest TN region. John is also our office musician. He’s mostly retired now, but still enjoys a good guitar jam and sing along with his son.

My mother - we have a lot to catch up on; Dean Martin - perhaps the greatest entertainer of the 20th century and my mom and I would need some entertainment; Nathan Fillion - he's the man; Carrie Underwood - enough said; and my wife, Cathy - there is no one else I would rather share the night with.

Kathy joined White & Associates in 2007 and is a licensed Property & Casualty agent, specializing in Commercial accounts. She and her husband, Rocky, have been married 39 years and have two children, Bobby and Cannon, and three grandchildren, Owen, Taylor and Charlee. Kathy is a creative spirit and always has a “project” in the works. She recently finished her Master Gardener certification and is a member of the Northwest Tennessee Master Gardeners. Kathy enjoys being active in her church, Second Baptist, sewing, cake decorating and any type of building construction or DIY project. Lowes is her favorite store and she has been known to receive (and love) power tools as presents!

I would pick Sandra Bullock, but Melissa McCarthy would probably be more appropriate.
Quirkiest thing about you that most people do not know?
Voicemails make me very anxious.
What was your biggest cooking flop?
Meatloaf...it actually caught fire and blazed in the oven. I had to throw it outside and beat out the flames. My mom, by the way, makes the best meatloaf ever.
How did you meet your significant other?
We worked together in his mother's ice cream parlor :).
Name something good that happened today?
I have coffee in my cup!

Troy joined White & Associates in 2007 and is a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent. Troy and his wife, Amy, have two sons, Carter and Conner. They spend a lot of time as a family on the road competing in Junior Livestock competitions. The Arnolds’ sheep and hogs are tough to beat! They most recently won Supreme Champion at the Delta Fair and Music Festival in Memphis, Tennessee. Troy also enjoys being actively involved in his church, Second Baptist, and serves as a Deacon.
